Zombie Lurch/Walk

Hi All, I’ve been working on a lurch/walk cycle for this neat rig I found. Just looking for feedback on what I could do to make it better:).

The arms!?
zombie/demon/monster walks, look strange when there is a sort of carefree arm wave going on.
It would look less jolly if the arms were just limply lolling around.
Even if you did want to do a jolly zombie:
When doing a character walk with arms that wave, they always should be opposing the action going on in the legs so as to counterbalance.

The Timing is also kind of even, work your curves a little.
Why is there only overlapping action with the head on one of his two steps?
