Zbrush glitch problem, pls help!

Hi, i’m new to using Zbrush and i’m trying to learn but when i trying to sculpt this almost always happens so i have to be very carefull, i can’t learn how to sculpt with this problem, wich is a real pain in the ass. Pls help, thanks to every one who respondes!
