Anyone know of a ZBrush & Blender 2.54 workflow for exporting zbrush model into blender & exporting the blender model into zbrush again ?

And google for gozbrush, it is a plugin for other 3d apps but they want extent it to blender in the future.

GoZ…not with the button since it isn’t created for Blender yet but the functionality still exists. You have your model in Zbrush (assuming you started from a basemesh or possibly zsphere) and you export your model and maps from zbrush into Blender. With your zbrush project still open you can reimport your model with any changes you made in blender and Zbrush will update the model without losing your details. Pretty slick. It will be nice once a Blender dev gets the GoZ SDK from Pixologic to make the button transfer but for now this works just fine for me.
