Zbrush and Max question

Hello,

I want to know about using Zbrush to make normal maps for a Max model. The idea is make the low polygon model on Max (wirh texture coordinates) and then export it to Zbrush for sculping and make the normal map. Any advise? Recommended export format?
The version of Zbrush I tried time ago was 4R4, what was added on latest versions? (a list of version to version additions will be useful). The UI and workflow is the same?

The normal maps that Zbrush creates aren’t the most accurate. You are better off using xnormal. So just export your low and high from ZB and bake the normal map in xnormal using the .obj’s. It’s fast, accurate, and very simple to use.
