Cool work. Very nice feel of weight and balance.

that’s really nice, but there’s something about the lag in the way the arms swing and the amount the elbows straighten at the back of the swing, as well as the maybe-too-relaxed fingers. A touch more tension in the arms and hands, is what I’m saying. But nice weight and movement.

Hey Farhad.
I really like the run it looks great.
You might want to try adding a bit of rotation in the body forwards and backwards so it wont feel so stiff.
You might also want to think of the head and neck as overlapping action to the body as at the moment it seems they are working against it. And a bit of sideways rotation to the head.
The elbows seem to pop at times and i think you can fix this by not letting them become dead straight or over extended.
And one final thing, in the front view(when guy is running straight at the screen) the arms should not disappear behind his back, i think that arc might be a bit too big.

hope that helps
