Hello, I would like to know is there a way to make parent with offset which similar function like Parent Constraint?. As my experiences Parent Constraint totally buggy and cannot be bake and I’ve to use alternative way to achieve it by using PSR + Null hierarchy. I feel quite messy if there’s many things need to Parent Constant with those Null method. I believe it can be achieve using xpresso which will parent include its original position.
Xpresso Parent with offset
Thank you very much its really helpful and also can be bake smoothly !!. However is there some way using xpresso without any null ?, so then I offset using Torus itself in animating.
You can animate your object (no wires connected yet in xpresso) - then use it as the offset - so its the same object that has an output and an input.
Out Global Matrix - math node - In Global Matrix
Its not pretty - and people might say its a bad idea (or straight up wrong) - but it works.
You could also use a constant node - set to matrix - into the math node.

Thank you once again for reply, I tried on R20 it cant connect if input and output math node is the same object. Also the only problem in animating with Null used as offset is the pivot of the Null not move along with Torus. Any way to align it well so I can animate the offset correctly?
Yeah - I tried on two computers with different results.
If you mock up a demo file I might be able to have a look.
