Hey

Will I be able to create any Tesla work being fictional (from movies or books) or just idea which was never acted upon?
So for Example the Tesla tower found in Red Alert?

Regards

That would be a freeform entry…

go ahead,

Question about the deadline. I personally need an extra week. Could we make a poll and see if there is enough people who have problem finishing their project on time? If there is, maybe give it a bit more time.

Thanks.

#7

I could use the extra week myself as my system today has lost all power. I can’t get it to the shop till tomorrow.

#8

I can agree about an extra week… still lots of finishing to do

#9

We just got out entry finished today (barely!). Where are we supposed to upload it? Do I just put a link to it in our WIP thread?

Thanks in advance.

Hi i have a question from other participants.

I have almost finished my project and the video is 1,5 gigabytes large. Can anyone share me some tips on how to compress it to make video smaller and without losing much quality?

Thanks.

#11

Hi Gotmilk
Try Quicktime with sorenson compression.

That works for me…

here is the thread to post your final entries:

I use H.264 QuickTime, then further converted it into .Flv (you can find the converter somewhere online) That got mine down to about 8mb (flv) from about 146mb (h.264) without any noticeable loss in quality.

Keen to see you entry

#13

I have submitted my entry but am waiting for youtube. Can I still add it to my entry at midnight when I get home from work or will it be too late?

#14

Yes you can…

I wish you the best of luck.
