Working with aumented reality (animation) --please help

#1

I want to know about this, has anyone done it?
(Supouse that I’m using Maya or 3dsmax for the modeling and animation, and I need to use flash for the aumented reality)
1- What about the lights? what renders the AR? Can I export lights from Maya into it?
2-Basically AR puts trackers in the image input from the camera, and places the 3D graphic there, but what application puts the graphic there? I heard you can use Unity? Should the lights be arranged there?
3-Can you use maps (normals, displacement)?
4-Can you export an animation with lights and shadows completly baked (even the ones of the floor) from Maya/Max? (I’ve never done that). What option would you use (preferibly in maya), to have this baked animation that can be seen from all angles?
