wip - The Duel

Hi!

I’m posting some images from my personal animation I’m currently working on.
The simple story is about a little scaried robot fighting with a bigger one.

It will took place in a realistic and in a virtual cartoon 4 color world as well.
Although I’ve already finished the models (except of some little detail still
need to be add) , rigs and tranforming animations, still need to finish the storyboard
because it is the most important (removing unnecesary ideas :slight_smile:
Now I’m working on the little guy animation to show his character (the red one is more
like beast, the fear, while the blue one is more human).
Software: Maya, MentalRay, Photoshop, I will use Premiere and AfterFx too.
Some basic modeling in Blender.

I wanto to finish the short in a few months.

Some backstage:
Blue robot has two layers of controls: first one for transformation
and second one for animation, but they work together
so I can for example open only the legs and make the walking camera as well :slight_smile:

I will post some animated stuff soon :slight_smile:

The server I put the images on has some troubles. This is temporary and will be fixed in a few days, sorry for that ; / .
I already have finished animatic and began to animate the first scene, also changed some things :slight_smile: A lot of work still need to be done… Some animated stuff soon :slight_smile:

hey, I’m still working on it - in my free time :slight_smile: (have some other projects to do in the same time for my studies; that’s the reason it takes so long : ( ) …
