I’ve never posted in this part of the forum before… or any part. I’m a student, and this is one of my mattes for school. It’s not exactly a WIP, but I’m open to making changes, and I’d love a critique so I could do so, if that’s possible.

Hello Kate,
That is a really interesting start. Things to watch out for are black levels throughout your image and a photo-realistic textural quality. It might help us to see your plate which you were working from or your reference that you are using.
