First of all, I imagined the social structure of Kreola:
High class is the upper first layer, with direct acces to the cable cars and to the airport. The galleries (streets) are in the interior in order to provide a warm and protective environment for the inhabitants.
Middle class has individual, simple houses, and the connection is done through external gateways having the role of side streets.
Lower class houses are crowded, as the suburbs. Here are the people closest to the ground, further away from the light.
The infrastructure of Kreola means secondary streets, arterial roads, bridges, cable cars, airport, down town.
I prefered to have visibles water pipes in order to accentuate that water is the most important resource in Kreola.
