Wip Elf Armor Bust Study

#1

Hey,

This is my first post on these forums and I’ve been wanting to get feedback on the form then continue following up with the material to colors.
I want to make more realistic portrait type characters and I’ve found I’ve put all my time into painting the skin but not as much towards the fabric and clothes design.

I’m also a 3d zbrush user so I’ve always wanted to interpret my designs into 3d

Any tips and feedback would be gladly appreciated.

Thanks,

Siobhan

So far it looks good. I don’t seen anything alarming. The forms are still know of rough at this point so it’s hard to know where you want to take the design, but the basic form looks fine to me. The overall design looks appealing and I don’t see anything egregious in terms of logic or aesthetics.

Thank you!
I was wanting to get some things highlighted from the image before I moved forward into coloring the piece.
I’ve moved past this work and started getting back into 3D
The design wasn’t clear either… I wanted an idea of where I could head with it but there was little time I could do to put back into the artwork.

Thanks again Lunatique, appreciate the response!
