It seems you didn’t do enough exaggerating of his features, and only focused on exaggerating his forehead and chin/jawline. A good caricature artist should look at everything about the person and exaggerate everything that can be exaggerated (while still maintaining likeness). Scrutinize every element–from bags under the eyes, size/shape of nose, mouth, eyes, brows, cheekbones, wrinkles. Also, search for Brad Pitt caricatures with google images and analyze why some of them failed and how they failed, and why some of them are successful and what the artist did differently compared to the ones that failed,
