Hello! I’m trying to get into 3d sculpting, using my computer, and thought about buying a wacom. However, the prices vary wildly between products, so I’m left with the question, is a Wacom By One (the cheapest i can find around here) enough for this?

I would highly recommend Intuos Pro. It is a bit more pricey and more of an investment but the pressure sensitivity is so important when you draw and sculpt. These tablets tends to last a while also so I would invest in a good product early on so you dont end up wasting your money later down the road to buy another tablet. 
For occasional hobby use, the cheaper Wacom will be fine. Otherwise, I agree with Hannah.
