Wild swivel... help needed...

I’m using HIIK solver in a stretchy limb setup, it’s a little bit long to explain why, and how, but the aim is to “kill” “look at constraint’s” flipping in stretchy bones, (anybody who had created stretchy bones in Max knows how to make them), and to control twist along the upper and lower arm. The problem is I still get twisting of a Swivel angle besides float expression controller who supposed to control it?

This happens when arm passes 90 degrees vertical position. Swivel value in IK solver rollout is grayed-out, but there are some crazy values. IK goals are not in hierarchy… linking them only partially solves the problem and creates new one’s… they are instead “position constrained” to point helpers who are driven by a spline (skinned to a bone) via “path constrains”… in IK solver rollout “parent space” is set to “IK goal”.
Can this be somehow limited…additionally?
A little update, it seems that swivel also gets rotation from Y channel also… and it shouldn’t…
