why cant i change the source to bvh?

hi again.

i was charakterizing my charakter with this charakterisation tool. the i switched to the charakter controls and for testing i took a mocap file directly from the examplefiles of maya. but if i want to switch the source the bvh is not shown in the list. what am i do wrong?
