Which are the best Professional software Photo to 3D modeling?

Hi to everyone

I’m in a serious project to scan old constructions, architectural spaces and terrains.
I have hundreds of pictures of a project to work with them and create a 3D model.

I hope to get high quality and measured development.

¿Which professional Software do you recommend to create successfully this proyect?

please mention one software that not be 123D Catch from Autodesk, because this software doesn’t let me upload more than 70 pictures.

Agisoft Photoscan Pro is one of the best out there…but it’s not cheap:

Does the Pro version provide better accuracy than the standard version? From what I’ve read, the Pro version seemed more oriented towards GIS services since it deals with coordinate systems and orthophoto generation.
