Where to learn V-Ray

#1

Hey everyone I am new to the forums. I am interested in expanding my 3D skills and learning Vray. I am looking for a good introductory course since I am new to vray (i have some experience with materials) I have searched online but there are so many options. I am hoping someone can point me in a good direction. What are the best online tutorials that I should learn from? I am willing to pay if it is the best training.

Thank you.

People say Grant Wawrick’s courses are the best.
It depends what stage your learning is at. If you are making professional looking stuff, then go for it.
If not, then what you need to learn is not really specific to any render engine. You’ll need to study a bit more art/ theory. You can learn that with any render engine, so you should look for courses that are teaching lighting, materials generally.

Thank you Decade for your response. I am am experienced with 3D modeling, art/theory and I have worked for an Arch Viz studio as a junior artist. I did mostly 3D modeling of assets for the renders and creation of vray materials. I want to learn lighting, rendering etc. I will for sure check out Grants tutorials. If there are any others you know of that would be helpful, that would be great.

Thank you.
