Where in the world is George Barjoud

Hi,

I know it has been asked 1 or 2 times since many years but I think it was not asked this year!

Does anyone know what happened to GeorgeBarjoud ?

He was the genius creator of a wonderful car animation plugin for max called vehicle simulator and for which I bought a “life” license. Last news I have from him by looking on CGtalk is that he worked for a japanese company called works zebra .

Because if he does not want to recompile his plugin I know there is a very talented and nice person on CGtalk who will want to do it for free for everyone.

I finally found George and he prefer not to share his code for recompile because he may use it for other project in the future.

So if we want to use vehicle simulator we have to dig back 3dsmax 4 and reinstall it… And maybe reinstall windows NT for it to work!

Yeah, I don’t know what went on there - he just seemed to disappear with no word.

Shame, it was a nice script/plugin.

He was hired by a company doing car visualization a few years ago and he did not have any time left for his plugin.

Ask him if he would be willing to have it recompiled for licensed owners of the plugin only. If I was to recompile it I would be perfectly happy to sign any number of NDA’s for him.

So finally he said he tank you Dave for your offer and he will consider it… So I think we have to wait for mad car now…
