What's resolution and rate(fps)?

Hi all. I working in my first animation(intro) for games and I don’t know what’s resolution and rate(fps) is better for game. I’m working with 16x9 ratio screen (720x360) 30fps. What’s will be a good choice for resolution and rate of animation?
