What the shard?

Hey guys

We’ve converted a CAD file which looks nice and clean but when we deform it with a Posemorph the reflective surface gets really shardy looking. We deformed it using soft selection and pulling the geometry.

Any insights as to why this is happening?

UPDATE:
We retopo’d it in Zbrush and worked like a charm. shrug

Usually it’s typical of an object deformed while having it’s imported normal tag, delete it and it should be fine.
