what mathematics expression does AfterEffects use ???

what mathematics expression does AfterEffects use, when it “mattes with color” ?
(interpret footage>Alpha>Premultiplied-Matted With Color)

i try to make this operation in Fusion (with custom tool) but can not repeat it just the same clear as AE does…
