What is the Kodak DLAD image? And where can I get it?
I am reading some tutorials that recommend using this “image”, but links seem not to get to it. Is it a jpeg image? Where can I find it?

the Kodak DLAD is the Digital test image used to run through film colour pipelines to check there adherance to the Cineon standard. It is a .cin file and contain 10bit Log data. It is often referred to as the ‘Marcie’ image.
All film labs should have a copy. So should a DI or Colourist facility. There was a free download directly from Kodak but it seems broken. I have also seen this on some DVD’s that come with colourist/comp books like The Art and Science of digital Compositing.
