what brushers you use

i start to make a concept art, is good to do it in phtoshop?
if yes is a special brushers i need?

For ‘concept art’ you can use any graphics tool in which you are comfortable.
As far as Photo shop concern you can use brush according to your requirement and it allows you to customize your brush according to your requirement.

I am not sure how much it will be useful for you in ‘concept art’, along with this Flash is also another good option, truly speaking its totally depend of your requirement.
