Weird export of my skeleton

I rigged a character in maya and when I try to send it over to motionbuilder, this is what happens!

I did the screenshots without my mesh, so u can better see the weird things :confused:

Anybody got any glues? =(

Even when i am exporting from maya to fbx and import this into motionbuilder it is weird!

At first my skeleton and mesh are the same way as in maya (as it should be).
But as sonn as I combine it with a motion capture file, both foots seem to be on the same position while I play the animation. Maybe with this information somebody can help me. I can send you my file too, if anybody is out there =(
