Way to edit entire scene?

Is there a way to edit and entire scene in the story editor?

I have my sequence in the story editor. I have new audio and I need to retime the sequence.

Is there a way that I can somehow combine all animation (cameras/characters) and edit them as I would a character,camera or animation track in the story editor, but all at the same time?
