VueSynch for Maya in PLE version?

I have just installed the PLE versions of Vue xStream and Infinite and wanted to make a test on importing a Maya animated camera. According to the pdf manual this should be possible with the VueSynch plugin which should ship with Vue. But I cannot find this plugin anywhere.

Does anyone know where/how to find it? Is it not a part of the PLE download?
