Vue 7 + Max 2009

I’m having a couple problems with Vue 7 inside of max 2009:

  1. The Date Palm Tree doesn’t have it’s bark maps, I can’t find any of the maps for the plants that come with Vue? When I hover over the map in the material editor (in Vue and Max) it shows a path on the F: drive… I don’t have an F: drive?!? Oddly, the palm tree renders fine in Vue though, so it must be finding the map somewhere?!

  2. When rendering in Max the vue plants appear to have ‘backface culling’ on. I’ve gone into the layer properties and object properties to play with

  3. When I create a plant in Max it’s default ‘renderable’ property is not checked so it doesn’t show up in the rendering until I go into the object properties for each plant and check. Can I change this default setting?
