With 3ds max 2011, I use Sigertools V-Ray Studio Setup script to create automatic still life table and lighting (with softbox type lights with black cover and everything). Its preconfigured setups are very useful to create images with clean, photographic light-tent type of shadows and backgrounds. However, as the vray lights added by the script are all around the still life table, the only reflection you see on round chrome objects are lights and the table.
Is there a way to make (at least some of) them invisible so my VrayHDRI environment are reflected on surfaces?
PS. I tried checking “Invisible” box on Vray Lights on Modify panel, and I also tried selecting the lights, selecting object properties, and unchecking “Renderable” box.
