Vray Shadow Problem

Hey guys!

I have another problem, this time with vray.
I am using max 2011 now and have this annoying problem with all my renders. Here is a link to it so you can see where the problems are.

Basically the shadows are really flickering and I have followed different solutions here and there without being able to fix it. If anyone has any Idea please let me know!

hm, it might be me but i dont see much flickering in your example?..
