Voronoi fracture setup with connector and some fields of mograph weight... problem when collider hits it

Hello" I have scene where collider is going to hit the block, everything is fine but when the collider hits the block there is one fracture too early and then dissapear and all falls down (that is good) but how just to start the dynamics with the fracture object being in lower half of the block but when it all fals to the ground it all breaks?

I have even tried to make the collider go really slowly to just break in the middle and not in the top… I want the top break as well but later on when it all fals to the ground…
