volume clouds

Hi all,

The crash I was experiencing with Volumetrics is now fixed in SVN, so I’ve been looking at clouds again. I was wondering: does anyone have any better settings than what’s on the Durian blog from the Simple Clouds example? I feel like I’m missing a few key steps and settings to make the volumetrics look good.

It’s a long thread, I know, but it will be very helpful for figuring out smoke/clouds/fire.
