Hi, how to get this shaded effect?
I mean, im completly new in 3dsmax, and i have to bake some 3d pattern to displacement map, and i need to get completly neutral shading

because it is a flat-map and not a sculpted-character, you could use:

The Scanline-Renderer, Render-Element: Z Depth.
You create a “Free Camera” with Orthographic-projection to look at the 3d pattern and then in the Z-depth parameters you specify the min and max distance from your 3d pattern to the camera’s “sensor”

Or, if you have V-ray, similar to Scanline, but you have more options in addition to VrayZDepth such as VrayNormal, VrayBump etc.
