viewport problems

Hi all,

I’m really new to xsi and was wondering why the frame rate drops or giving pretty slow update when I navigate around the perspective camera. Specially after creating 2 or more simple objects. Is there any way of fixing viewport display settings? (maybe openGL or direct X).

Machine specs are.

Intel quad 2.4 with 4GB of RAM.
nvidia Gforce FX 8600 GT.
XP SP2. running XSI7

try updating to the latest Nvidia Drivers. Make sure you turn on “Threaded mode”. Search the forums and google because there are similar issues already solved.
