video format

i’ve been asked to create a 1-2minute looping video to play on (2) 40’ LCD screens in our companies reception area. The LCD screens are older 3yrs 720p and are running off a PC… what would be the best way to play(player, video codec) this video??? It would have to loop all day(9hrs), everyday

I’d be inclined to use Flash for a task like that. It can loop endlessly, requires minimal software support, and it is stable. Plus, it doesn’t display any interface whenever someone nudges a mouse while it’s in full-screen mode.
