very VERY dumb noob question

hello everyone :wavey:

i am new on the 3d world and recently i started to modeling my cellphone, unfortunately he is a old one with a lot of little buttons, and that is just the problem…the buttons apparently have a look very simple to make but i found out that is not that easy to model :banghead:
i want start with the buttons, that looks more complicated…

my question is…how should i approuch this? i tried makinf on block and duplicating…and again in only one piece…but i just cant get the right look…

how i do this? :cry:

and by the way…how do i post more images? the attachments cant really support more then 3 :sad:

Use an imagehost for uploading your iamges, copy/paste the link.
Try a better thread title next time.

Yes, he means the title of your thread. Try to find a title that indicates what the thread is about. Titles like “HELP!” or “I have a question” will keep many people from ever clicking the thread.

As said, upload your images to an image host like imageshack.us, then post the links here.
