Vertexes "skinned" to a part of a ncloth problem

Hello,

So on my way to make a run cycle with clothes, I came to this problem : Its seems like a partch of the trench follows the arm. What could fix that? I almost tried everything…!

Try changing :
setAttr “nucleus1.subSteps” 30;
setAttr “nucleus1.maxCollisionIterations” 40
