Velocity from Vertex

Hey
I thought I create some debris/ groundbreaking shot. in fake it gets quite nice.
but is not the quality i want so I have to make a few adjustments…

i thought about emitting based on velocity of the underlying surface…

so is there a way to get the velocity and normal direction of the Emitter surface
and use that to emit based on the motion of the object?
Do i have the emit command then and if yes, is this slowing down the sim…

Soup - toolkit has a node which returns velocity information from polygonal geometry.

do you know which node i have to utilize and how i can pipe that into particle emission?
