I am a new poster, however I would really appreciate some critiques and criticisms for this vampire themed picture that I’m working on. I have been working on it for around a day; however, I don’t feel that it is finished yet and any comments would be greatly appreciated!

You could try to start adding some details to the face and clothes. Also try to make your own background or give it some depth , blur it because it is so sharp , that it distracts the attention from the selling point. At least that is my oppinion.
You have a premise here, but the execution lacks any compelling elements visually. The composition, the characters, the pose/expression, the lighting, the colors–they’re all kind of drab and not very expressive or interesting. Think about how you can make this image more dynamic–be it composition, camera angle, the scene itself (an environment with interesting details), the lighting, the colors, the body language and expressions, and so on.
