Please can anyone help me to find a good V-Ray Training institute in Australia? i’m looking to used it with 3DS Max to make photo realism images for architecture. I’m looking for one on one course and not online training. Want to start as a beginner.

Let me check and get back to you - I think you may find it difficult to locate, actually. Online might be your best option.
“Mastering Vray” is a fantastic online course - around 10-12 lessons provided via a subscription. It is more of an advanced vray course, but made by Grant Warwick (Sydney).
Otherwise there is the Vray training material on Viscorbel.com. The instructor, Austris, is one of the most talented Vray users.
If you have a solid foundation of 3ds max and a basic understanding of Vray, watching the Viscorbel tutorials + Grant’s Mastering Vray course will turn you into a master. And the total cost you will pay for these online lessons will be far, far less than an institution.
