UVs BUG?

Its me again…
When I grab some UVs and activate the move tool I can click anywhere in the UVs view to move my UVs…Now if I expand the UVs view ( full screen ) and do the same ( select some UVs, activate the move tool and pick anywhere in the viewport to start moving )thing it doesnt work I just loose my selection and the handles diseppear ( Actually I can move my UVs but I must use the gyzmo…)…

I’ve experienced exactly the same, so yes it looks like a bug to me.
