I can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong. Why isn’t my texture lining up according to the uv map I created?

Just to make sure,recreate your material and keep tex tiling at 1.
Also be sure you dont have your object duplicated in the scene…(i know i know,but you never know
)
Does your object have an inner shell?
Maybe you just unwrapped the inside and not the outside.
Also make sure that you don’t have several UV maps.
Go to Window/Relationship Editors/UV Linking/Texture-Centric, and make sure that your image is set to your desired UV set.
It seems to be a bit wonky from time to time. Sometimes it works great, and then it breaks all the sudden.
