uv editor darkening problem maya

recently i converted a low poly mesh to high poly and transferred the attributes for the uv’s , but now some part of the checker got darker this giving me a problem when i export it as obj to substance painter ,here the uv’s looks fine but in substance painter its collapsed ,i have attached a screen shot with this post. sorry for my bad english

could you show the uvs in the 0-1 uvspace.?
