Using Curve Editor for Animating FumeFX

#1

I have a video in which I have to repeat a FumeFX explosion about 10 times at different frames. Two parameters that I’m animating are Fuel Amount and Temperature Amount in the Obj/Src tab. It would be easy to add the explosion at the desired frames in the Curve Editor, but I can’t find these paramters in the Curve Editor. Is it possible to use Curve Editor to animate these parameters.
Thanks.

when opening the curve editor to animate the source. Do it directly from the source not from the fumefx ui. for example click on the source in the viewport, then scroll down its properties, right click in the fuel box and ‘open curve editor’ this will lead you straight to the fuel curve.

the only thing to pick is the FumeFX bounding box. There seem to be no parameters in the Obj/Src tab that are represented in the Curve Editor.

I selected the Object Source and it took me to the parameters. Thanks for the help, tool.
