when i use ik solver in bone.i can’t rotate the bone by rotate tool in maya.is there any solution about it?

Hi,
As far as I understand, you can’t use “FULL” ik and fk together simultaneously.
That said you can use semi IK and semi FK by blending together a parent constraint. Rather than 0 and 1, you can use something like 0.5.

create 3 exakt versions of the jointchain. one will be the ik. one will be the fk and the last will have constraints to these 2. then you can have a switch going to ik or fk. you can pose the arm when in ik and another pose for fk. then animate the switch between and you will get smooth transition from ik to fk control.
A bit of work but when setup its very nice.
