Unreal Engine 2

#1

First of all, Hello everyone.

I am just starting out with the unreal engine 2 and i need some help with the program.
The purpouse that i am willing to learn unreal engine is to make something like an apresentation simulating a game.
What i want to do is import a 3ds max character into the unreal engine, and make it interact with a scenery. But just basic movements like walk, jump, and crouch.
I already have the character modeled, textured, and animated. The only thign left to do is make the movements on the unreal engine and add a scenery that also will no be complexed.

If you guys could tell me what i could do to learn, or some links, or even some advices would be GREAT!

Thank you all
