unlock export?

im new to this app-ive downloaded a free model that i want to open in c4dxl and its telling me the export model is locked? how do i unlock it?!

You can’t unlock it because the artist who created the object decided it was to be used only in Vue, or this is a previous Vue generation object, when there was no export.
Either way, there is nothing you can do.
