Hello all
My idea for a Megaman Villian is PumpkinMan.
He Shoots out Pumpkin missiles
has a belt of pumpkin bombs
and as a last ditch effort
will throw his own head.
If any one knows of this Villian please let me know
I will be posting some concepts later on today.
