Concept[color=white]: An futuristic (cartoonish) racer for the PSP handheld. The point of the game is simple enough, finish first. However, it gets much more complicated. The racing participants ride in advance, state of the art, hover bikes, which can be outfitted with weapons, and upgraded parts (think about everything from engines to paintjobs). The tracks offer as much as an challenge as the fellow contestants, with their step turns, large ramps, and natural obstacles (think cliffs, caves, ect
