I’ve just discovered Demohero’s site that has really great tutorials of basic functions and operations (for 2.5) as well as more advanced topics.

These IMHO are great because they go into what all the settings do in a very concise manner. You don’t need to go through a long tutorial to get a good understanding of the tools.

All are viewable online as pdfs but they’re also available for download.
